• Transform ideas into actions that directly benefit the personal, economic, social and cultural lives of the citizens of Florida.
• Establish effective external partnerships with key local and international organizations to help our students integrate the global job marketplace.

The College’s mission embodies the following seven institutional goals: 

LEARNING ENVIRONMENT - Azure College will maintain a learning environment designed to enhance intellectual, social and economic development.

QUALITY INSTRUCTIONAL OUTCOMES - Azure College will emphasize quality instruction. We will strive to achieve satisfactory results with a benchmark of 70% or better on the following:

• student retention
• placement rate
• outcome of license and certification examinations

ACCESS - Azure College will deliver and expand educational opportunities and services to all; however, the institution will focus a large portion of its resources on the immigrant population and disadvantaged youths in our service areas.

PERSONNEL LEADERSHIP - Azure College will provide leadership to our service areas through a diverse, competent and dedicated faculty and staff who reflect the educational expectations of our community.

PARTNERSHIPS - QUALITY OF LIFE - Azure College will build community partnerships that foster economic development, promote educational opportunities through articulation with other national and international educational institutions and improve the quality of life for Floridians.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT - Resources and fiscal matters of Azure College will be managed in a sound and prudent manner while enhancing educational offerings and the physical environment. Planning and evaluation will yield comparable productivity measures in accordance to state and national standards.
