You may obtain unofficial transcripts free of charge. Just send us an email transcript@azurecollege.com
The quickest and most convenient way to order official transcripts is to order on-line, however there are other ways to order that may take more time or may cost more. The first official transcript is free, after that the charge is $10.00 per official transcript. If you choose to order by phone an additional $10.00 fee will be charged. No transcript will be released until all financial obligations to the college are satisfied and transcript fees are paid. The soonest that orders will be ready for pick-up or mail is 3 business day following the order day. At peak order times transcripts may take up to 10 days.
Plan ahead and order transcripts early. Please note: When ordering you have the option to have the transcript order held until grades are posted.

A check, money order or credit card information should accompany the request.
Order in Person
You may come to the Records Department to obtain an Official Transcript Request form. Bring the completed form with a receipt showing payment at the Cashier’s office to the Records Office.
